Text of the Lancmall Household Registration Agreement
Introduction

When you follow the prompts on the registration page to fill in the information, read and agree to the agreement, and complete all registration procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all contents of the agreement. If you have a dispute with Lancmall over platform services, the Lancmall Platform Master Service Agreement shall apply.

Lancmall Platform General Service Agreement
- User’s Confirmation and Acceptance of the Terms of Service
Lancmall owns and operates all electronic services on this Site (www.MALATAO.com and its mobile client software and applications, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). Users agree to all the registration terms and complete the registration process, in order to become an official user of this site. When the user clicks to agree to this agreement, it is deemed that the user has confirmed that he has the corresponding rights and capacity to enjoy the site services, purchasing and shopping services, and can independently assume legal responsibility. The terms of this agreement are a contract to deal with the rights and obligations of both parties and remain valid. - Terms of Service

1.Purchasing Goods Search and Display Services
In order to assist you with Taobao, 1688 and other platform sellers to buy goods docking, Lancmall will display the sales and shopping links of sellers on platforms such as Taobao and 1688, so that after you complete the product search, you can directly enter the corresponding product details page or website through the link to further understand the product information or communicate with the seller. Lancmall does not have the actual product sales function, not the actual sales body or sales platform.
- Purchasing and Parcel Forwarding Services
Purchasing:
All purchasing services under this Agreement are independently provided to you by third-party purchasers, and purchasers are currently serving you free of charge, but you need to pay for the goods you need to purchase in advance. However, if you entrust a purchaser in Lancmall to provide you with the services of purchasing goods sold by your designated third-party merchants, you need to pay the platform service fee to Lancmall. The platform service fee is calculated at 8% of the purchase price of the goods you selected (considering the exchange rate changes and settlement time, there may be a small difference in the actual calculation). You agree that Lancmall may directly add the Platform Service Fee when you confirm the payment for the purchase, and you need to pay the Platform Service Fee at the same time, otherwise your purchase order cannot be generated and effective.
Transhipment:
If the goods under your purchase order involve cross-border transportation, Lancmall will recommend a third party logistics provider to you, and you should choose your own logistics provider, and the logistics provider will serve you independently. You will need to pay the freight to the logistics provider for the above logistics services, and pay the platform service fee to Lancmall. The platform service fee is calculated at 8% of the amount of your freight (considering exchange rate changes and settlement time, there may be a small difference in actual calculation). You agree that Lancmall may directly add the platform service charge when you confirm the payment of freight, and you need to pay the platform service charge simultaneously, otherwise your waybill cannot be generated and effective.
Lancmall will pay according to your actual freight International parcel delivery will occur customs refund, delivery delay / damage loss and other accidents, you need to assess and bear all the risks. When there is a problem with the package, the user can entrust Lancmall as a communication agent to communicate with the third party logistics provider. All disputes and controversies between the Customer and the Third Party Logistics Provider are unrelated to Lancmall. All compensation is subject to the Third Party Logistics Provider’s criteria, and Lancmall shall not bear any liability or joint and several liability.
- Purchasing and Forwarding Goods Disclaimer
In order to ensure the smooth receipt of your purchase, Lancmall will process the goods that have arrived in accordance with the appropriate standards. Due to the potential for illegal business practices of the Purchasing Platform and its merchants, Lancmall is unable to review the information of the Purchasing Platform / merchants / goods and / or services individually, It is impossible to review the quality, safety, legality, authenticity and accuracy of the procurement platform / merchants / goods and / or services involved in the transaction one by one, please be cautious in shopping, Lancmall makes no commitment to this, and will not be responsible for any illegal business behavior of the procurement platform and its merchants; There are special circumstances (see the details in the link) as your consent and follow-up action, if you have doubts, please contact customer service staff to verify when submitting the order. - 5 Days No Reason to Return Service Rules
You understand that Lancmall provides a commissioned procurement service, which is not a seller of online goods, and is not bound by the “Interim Measures for the 7-day return of online goods without reason.” Lancmall purchasing goods depending on the specific situation, provide 5 days no reason to return service. You need to understand and confirm that Lancmall’s no reason to return the service can be enjoyed once within 30 days, the subsequent return of goods will be charged a certain operating fee, and some orders can not support the return. - Parcel Forwarding Service Agreement and Inspection Rules
You need to be aware of prohibited items for international mailing and related laws and regulations. Lancmall will sign and check your package according to the transfer signing and receiving rules, and receive and follow up the package that meets the requirements. - Domestic Refund and Foreign Refund
Due to the particularity of international transportation, some parcels will be “unqualified in domestic security” when they are sent to customs. If the parcels are returned in China, Lancmall will arrange to re-send them free of charge. If your package has left the country and is returned due to reasons such as “unqualified international security check,” “no one signed for,” “unknown address,” “not properly delivered,” etc., you should bear the freight of re-delivery.
For the purpose of this Agreement, the term “domestic withdrawal” shall refer to Chinese Mainland.
- Parcel Delay Insurance and Compensation
Since the receipt of the parcel by the recipient party to the third-party logistics provider, if the insured route commitment time limit stipulated in the platform publicity has not been received by the recipient party, it shall be regarded as a parcel delay. If the parcel has not been received after the delay, the recipient applies for after-sales, and the subsidy will be returned to the international parcel payment account according to the final coordination result of Lancmall and the third party logistics provider as the compensation standard. If subject to customs, weather, traffic martial law and other acts of the government and judicial organs, Delays caused by force majeure factors such as decisions or orders, accidental traffic accidents, strikes, changes in laws and regulations, terrorist incidents, robbery, robbery and other violent crimes, and sudden wars are not covered by the scope of compensation. - Parcel Insurance and Indemnity

It is recommended that you confirm receipt of the package in a timely manner. You need to apply for after-sales service within the validity period of the package, and after-sales service is not provided after the expiration date. The validity period is calculated based on the number of days the package was sent and the time of receipt confirmation. - Free shopping compensation rules
Before using the Services, you need to know the relevant rules of Lancmall’s business and services, and fully understand and confirm your rights and obligations. - Denial of Service Scenario Dxplaination
(1).Lancmall is committed to eliminating all the worries of your international online shopping. In the following special circumstances, it is deemed that you agree and acknowledge the follow-up operation by Lancmall, if you have any doubt, please contact the customer and service personnel to verify when submitting the order.
1) Sensitive goods:
Contains essential oils, moisturizers, lubricants, batteries, glue and other sensitive items, in order to ensure your normal delivery, Lancmall will take out for you.
2. Customs Policy:
With imitation brand, a large number of liquid\ powder, live goods, food\ medicine, etc. may be limited by the customs policy there is a certain risk of delivery. If the consequences arising from the above risks, the site is not responsible for customs clearance and bear any legal responsibility.
3, not professional inspection:
If you buy electrical appliances, brand\ imitation brand, tickets, cards, models and other goods, Lancmall will not be able to do professional (quality, authenticity, integrity, etc.) inspection for your ordered goods; Quality inspectors can only check whether the appearance of the goods is intact and whether the accessories are complete, but can not start to check whether the goods have quality problems, so Lancmall does not make any commitment or assume any responsibility for the quality of the goods.
4, easily damaged goods:
Contains ceramic\ glass products, irregular shape goods (wipers, car baffles, etc.), etc., the goods in transit many times, may cause the goods wear, broken, please be careful to buy. Lancmall guarantees the integrity of the goods before shipment, but if the goods are damaged during the delivery process and are judged by logistics as fragile, you will be responsible for the resulting losses and responsibilities.
5. Custom Goods:
If the order you submit is a custom product, it is recommended that you negotiate directly with the merchant and order the product according to your ideas and creativity. After the successful negotiation with the merchant, you need to provide the Want Want, contact information or password to contact the merchant. Lancmall cannot do a professional inspection for such goods, and you shall bear the resulting losses and liabilities. - Deposit Form:
Due to the provisions of the procurement platform, the deposit can not be cancelled after the single class is taken, and you need to follow up the information released by the seller to make up the balance, and the payment can be shipped. The deposit will not be refunded if the balance is overdue.
7, the seller’s reputation is low:
It is recommended that you choose a shop with more than three love and pay Taobao margin to buy goods. Merchants with low reputation, and did not pay insurance shops, there may be sellers do not deliver goods, false delivery, after-sales, rights and other disputes, the resulting losses need to be borne by you.
8, “CD” and “action” goods:
Because of the “CD” and “hand” goods have a higher collection value, In order not to affect the user’s collection, the inspection standard of such goods is not to open the plastic bag inspection, only to detect whether the appearance is damaged, the details of the internal parts cannot be specifically verified, and the resulting risks and responsibilities need to be borne by you.

(2). Lancmall will not compensate for loss, shortage, damage or delay in the delivery of mail for any of the following non-Lancmall causes:
1, due to force majeure factors (except insured mail).
(2) Where the articles posted or delivered violate the provisions on prohibition or restriction of posting, they are confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3, when the delivery of the mail package intact without removal traces, and the weight is not reduced and the internal parts are short or damaged.
4. The recipient has signed for the receipt according to the prescribed procedures.
5, due to the responsibility of the user or the cause of the item itself caused by mail loss or delay.
(6) The user has neither inquired nor made any claim for compensation from the date of mailing to the expiration of the inquiry period.
(7) International mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the countries through which it passes and the countries to which it is sent in accordance with their domestic laws and regulations.
8、Other reasons beyond Lancmall’s control.
(3). Instructions for Prohibited Items
(1) The items prohibited by mail are as follows:
1). Goods prohibited by national laws and regulations for circulation or delivery.
2). Explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive and toxic hazardous materials.
3). reactionary newspapers, books, windows or obscene materials.
4). Various currencies.
5). Items detrimental to public health.
6). Perishable items.
7). Live animals (except bees, silkworms and leeches packaged to ensure the safety of delivery and staff).
8). Improperly packaged items that may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail equipment.
9). Other items not suitable for posting.
2. The circumstances under which postal practice prohibits delivery are as follows:
1). The nature of the item or its packaging is suspected of harming postal service personnel or defacing mail or postal equipment.
2). Items with sharp edges, such as metal buttons for sealing, that may interfere with mail handling.
3). Firearms, ammunition, explosive substances, inflammable substances, corrosive substances, radioactive elements and containers, potent poisons, narcotic drugs, biochemical products and infectious substances.
4). All kinds of publications, publicity materials, printed materials, etc. that endanger social security and stability and are obscene.
5). Various items that are detrimental to public health.
6). Documents or items prohibited from entering or circulating by the other party.
7). In addition to the above general provisions, the relevant provisions of the customs authorities shall also be complied with.
3. Postal regulations in Taiwan prohibit delivery:
1). The nature of the item or its packaging is suspected of harming postal service personnel or defacing mail or postal equipment.
2). Items with sharp edges, such as metal buttons for sealing, that may interfere with mail handling.
3). Flammable, explosive or other dangerous goods. However, where the recordation authority encapsulates the perishable biological materials sent to each other in a special way, and the relevant competent department issues a transport certificate, it shall not be subject to this restriction.
4). Live animals. However, bees, silkworms, leeches, parasites sent to each other by the filing agencies or insects intended to eliminate pests are not subject to this restriction.
5). Radioactive materials.
6). Opium, morphine and other narcotic substances. However, with the approval of the Bureau of Arrival, articles that have been issued by the relevant competent authorities with shipping documents or documents certified by judicial organs or judicial police organs for the purpose of litigation evidence and sent to each other as insured or declared value parcels, or used as insured parcels for medical or scientific research, shall not be subject to this restriction.
7). Indecent or obscene documents or articles. However, if a written certificate by a judicial organ or a judicial police organ is used as evidence in a lawsuit, it shall not be subject to this restriction if it is sent by registered letter or parcel to each other.
8). Documents or items prohibited from entering the destination.
9). Documents or articles prohibited from sale and manufacture by the relevant competent authorities in Taiwan. However, if a written certificate by a judicial organ or a judicial police organ is used as evidence in a lawsuit, it shall not be subject to this restriction if it is sent by registered letter or parcel to each other.
10). Lottery and lottery related advertising leaflets. However, if a written certificate by a judicial organ or a judicial police organ is used as evidence in a lawsuit, it shall not be subject to this restriction if it is sent by registered letter or parcel to each other.
11). Other contraband under the Act.
(4) In no event shall Lancmall be liable for consequential losses and unrealized benefits.
(2) [1688 Product Purchasing Service Rules]
This purchasing service is provided by Lancmall to assist you to purchase the goods you specify from 1688 sellers, and the quality of 1688’s goods has nothing to do with Lancmall. Lancmall does not provide accurate inventory services, provide limited sampling services, and provide limited after-sale services. Please choose your products carefully and at your own risk, and use Lancmall’s fee-based expert services if you need a guaranteed purchase.
III. International Logistics Mailing Restrictions
The commodities purchased in China must be commodities that conform to the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and are permitted to be exported by the state. Depending on the differences in customs policies, some countries or regions are more sensitive to special goods, and the probability of being confiscated when entering the local customs will be slightly higher, which you also need to understand and confirm. Lancmall shall not bear any responsibility for the goods being confiscated, destroyed or detained by the local customs at the place where the goods are received due to the above reasons.
The customs inspection of packages is basically in the form of random inspection. If the Customs considers your package to be special (for example, it is bulky, heavy or contains sensitive goods), the Customs will contact the recipient to provide the invoice or customs clearance documents. Please cooperate with the Customs to fulfill the information disclosure obligation. Lancmall makes no promises and warranties with respect to customs clearance.

1. In order to provide you with better service and with the development of Lancmall’s business, this service agreement will also be updated. However, Lancmall will not reduce your rights under this Service Agreement without your express consent. Lancmall will notify you of updates by posting updated versions on the Lancmall Website, Lancmall Mobile and by posting notices on the Website or by other appropriate means, and you are also invited to visit Lancmall in order to keep abreast of the latest Service Agreement.
(2) For major changes, Lancmall will also provide more prominent notices (Lancmall will explain the specific changes to the privacy policy by means including but not limited to email, SMS or special reminders on the browsing page).
3, you are obliged to pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement and Lancmall announcement from time to time. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE UPDATED AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP ACCEPTING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY LANCMALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT. If you continue to use the services provided by Lancmall, you agree to the updated agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
4. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In case of any dispute arising from the contents of this Agreement or its execution, both parties shall endeavor to settle it amicably through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, a lawsuit shall be filed with the competent people’s court at the place where the agreement is signed. This Agreement is signed in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, P.R.C.

When you use our products or services, we may also collect and use This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose information about our products and services.
